Branden L. Brown is a dedicated mental health professional, author, and advocate with a focus on supporting service members, particularly those in the U.S. Navy. A Baltimore native with a passion for making a positive impact, Branden’s journey began in the United States Navy, where he developed a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by Sailors. His military experience has been pivotal in shaping his mission to create resources that enhance Sailors' mental health, resilience, and leadership.

Branden holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is the founder of Branden L. Brown Therapy, a practice that specializes in holistic support for individuals, couples, and families, particularly those dealing with military-related challenges. His areas of expertise include relationship dynamics, family conflict, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, and grief counseling. A compassionate and skilled therapist, Branden combines his personal experience, professional expertise, and commitment to mental wellness in all aspects of his work.

Beyond his private practice, Branden has made notable contributions to military mental health initiatives. He served as the Suicide Prevention Program Manager for Navy Headquarters in Millington, Tennessee, where he advocated for policies and programs to support the mental well-being of service members. He has also been involved with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and has led educational programs aimed at reducing the stigma around mental health within the military community.

Branden is the visionary behind the LPO Blueprint, a resource designed to empower Sailors and Navy leaders by providing them with tools to foster resilience, strengthen interpersonal connections, and promote a supportive and inclusive Navy culture. The LPO Blueprint reflects Branden’s dedication to helping Sailors navigate their unique journeys while enhancing their professional and personal lives.

In addition to his work with the LPO Blueprint, Branden founded Men of Charity, a men's ministry dedicated to helping men become better fathers, husbands, and honorable community members. His commitment to mentoring and leadership extends to training future counselors, speaking on mental health topics, and actively raising awareness about suicide prevention and holistic well-being.

Through his various roles, Branden L. Brown continues to inspire and uplift others, advocating for a Navy culture that prioritizes mental health, resilience, and connectedness among Sailors.
